Charger

Just thinking out louad while I wait for a model 3.

I have just sold a 1933 ford hot rod to help finance my 3 purchase saving over the next year to hopefully have most of it in cash.

So I have a holden volt and will look at selling next year , the question is the clipper creek 3.8kw J1772 charger I have , can I just keep this to charge the tesla.
thoughts , I know I will need a adaptor and it will charge slow but if its sitting in my shed overnight every night should be fine.

If it's like the Model S the car will be supplied with a wall charger and a portable charger. The current wall charger can support up to 22kW if you use 3ø power. I have a J1772 to Mennekes cable that supports up to 7.6kW to be able to use ChargePoint chargers.

I suspect that the model 3 will have a mennekes charger, and/or perhaps a CCS2
