Some news for those who wish to travel Montreal / Toronto or Ottawa / Toronto.

Tesla tells me that the Four Points hotel in Kingston has agreed to host an HPC. Unfortunately HPCs are currently backordered, so it's not clear when it will be installed.

In the meantime, there's a great alternative at the KOA campground at Ivy-Lea. They have 50 amp service, and charge $10 for electric car charging. Plus it's a short walk to a local restaurant. They even have WiFi. Be sure to reserve in advance as you're charging in a camper slot.

Here's a map of their location:

    514 1000 Islands Pkwy

It's about 150 km from downtown Ottawa, 247 km from Montreal, and 298 km from the Tesla store in Toronto.
