CHARGING ISSUES AFTER UPGRADING TO 2020.36.11

Anyone else seeing an issue on the mobile wall charger Nema 14-50 adapter not going above 16A? Car is set to max of 32A, and getting a voltage of 246v. In addition, it bounces between 0 and 1 Amps for several minutes before climbing up to 16A. Wasn't an issue prior to the update. Even on a 110v outlet, it takes several minutes to get to 12A, bouncing between 0-3 Amps.

Just had this happening to me tonight. Running 2020.36.12. Exactly what you describe.
Another post shows this as a known issue and firmware 2020.40 should fix it.
You would think if they know about the issue and the fix. That they roll out the fix to all rather fast, still waiting!!!
