A few comments on your survey:

You ask how long it takes to charge from 0-100% at a fast charger. But fast chargers vary greatly (some are only 24kW, others are 350kW), and almost nobody charges from 0-100%, so wouldn't know how long that takes anyway. Maybe a better question to ask is what are the peak miles per hour added, or how long is a 20-80% charge.

You ask "Where do you charge your car", but maybe you should ask "Where do you charge your car most often", because there could be multiple answers to that question.

And for the charging station network questions, you ought to call it Tesla Supercharger, not just Tesla.
