Charging

I sold my Tesla 4 months ago and I am still getting charged on my credit card for what appears to be supercharging. Of course I can't get a hold of Tesla (one of the main reasons I sold my car) and I'm not sure how to fix it outside of cancelling my credit card. Any thoughts?

If you no longer have a Tesla, I think you can remove the card from the account. You could also dispute the charges with your credit card company.

Unfortunately they removed my account access too, so I can't sign in anymore.

I suggest trying live chat. You should have account access even if accounts have all been removed.

Simply call your credit card company and dispute the charges. Tell them that Tesla has not responded. You can also tell them to block ALL future charges from that company.
