Clicking from accelerator in traffic and autopilot

The accelerator pedal makes an clicking noise when engaged in autopilot and when i was in bumper to bumper traffic this morning.

Does anybody know what it is? Here it is:

Sounds like you are trying to hit the accelerator pedal while the car wants to be stopped. It’s normal.

If you’re in “Hold” regen brake mode, then the car is trying to apply the brake when it’s stopped. That’s the clicking sound of the solenoid activating the brake.

I agree with that observation... It looks like you're trying to get the car to get closer to the car in front of you than the TACC wants to... So you let off and it drops the brake. It would have stopped before that point.

Agreed. Not the accelerator but the brake.

Normal behavior. Car wants to stop, while you're trying to get closer.
