Cloud Profile reset

So when I first set up Cloud Profile, it asked if I wanted to copy a local profile to cloud profile. I completed that step. Is there a way to reset the cloud profile to I can copy a different local profile to it?
 
Sorry to thread hijack, but I’m having a similar problem in deleting a Cloud Profile as well. Somehow there are 2 cloud profiles for my wife, and one continues to sync and the other yells “LAST SYNCED MARCH”. Haven’t found a way to fix it despite removing/adding driver access through the app, reboots (hard and soft), etc.
