Clunk occasionally in right rear in my 2022 Model 3.

I wish I could describe it better. Might sound like something rolling around int he trunk or in the sub floor of the trunk, but I've check for that. It is:

• Very occasional, I just completed a 1000 mike trip and it maybe happened 3 times.
• It will happen while I'm sitting a a stop light with nothing happening or while driving. I think it might be temperature related.
• It is in the right rear. Maybe it is body panel flexing.

Has any one had this happen? Is it something to worry about?
