Collision claim - repair advice needed

Hi,
First hour on the road with my Model Y and I got myself into an accident!

I got some nice dents and scratches on the drivers door and a tiny one on the driver wheel fender.

my deductible with progressive is pretty low, $500. So I think I’ll just go repair it at the best location possible.

Where do you think I should better to go to? (in LA btw):
1. Tesla service center.
2. Tesla repair center.
3. Tesla authorities body shop.

I hit a deer in my MY back in January. I reached out to my nearest service center (Roswell, GA) and they told me they didn’t do collision repairs. So I went to a Tesla approved shop that was also State Farm approved I was comfortable with the shop since they were approved by both State Farm and Tesla. The work turned out exceptional....
