Color of ambient lighting

On the 2018 MS is there a way to change the color of the ambient lighting ?

I thought I saw it somewhere while poking around but can’t seem to get back to it.

What good is colorized in the toybox?

It allows you to change the color of the view of your car that is displayed on screen. (So it could match the actual color if you have wrapped, or repainted, it.)
