Condensation in both rear tail light assemblies

Looked for a previous post on this but could not find one, wondering if anyone has experienced condensation in both rear tail light assemblies. It has been wet but never noticed it lasting this long, even when I wash it the small amount of condensation goes away quickly. It this considered normal?

There are several threads mentioning this issue with the S but I don't remember if there are any for the X.
