Configurator screen captures from Oct 2017?

This is a long shot but does anyone have screen captures from the Tesla configurator from Oct 2017 showing the various options and prices, including the EAP and FSD upgrade pricing? I'd like to have these for my own records but unfortunately was not foresighted enough to take them when we originally placed our order.

I tried later dates, but the configurator does not seem to load for later days.
