Confirm Order?

Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to confirm? I have spent hours trying to figure this out.

I wasn’t able to find any delivery preferences. I am having it delivered to Nashville, Tennessee so I do know that I have confirm that in the system.

Strange. I remember seeing a “confirm” button at the bottom of the page. Did you try from a laptop?

Well, I did not have a choice either. In my case, they were pushing for home delivery.
I had to write to my SA to ask her to change it.

I ended up using the chat feature and they told me that everything looked to be in order. So that gives me 60% confidence.

Okay. I recommend using a tablet/laptop to see if you get the confirm button as it redirects you to a new page where you can see things like insurance upload, MVPA and VIN (if assigned).

Open up each menu on a desktop and you will see a confirm button... check each one by one and confirm as needed.
