This is just a follow-up for all. First, pulling the cables on the back of the VMS and replacing them reset it, so I could then download the logs. Next, Tesla diagnosed a faulty 400V controller and sent me the repair estimates. When I called and reminded them that they had replaced it just shy of 12 months ago, they did a little digging and agreed it was a warranty repair. Hopefully it will be back in my garage soon!
