Cracked wheel

Hello guys.

I have a cpo Tesla 90d, around 62k miles on it now.

have a cracked rear wheel, 21” grey turbine.

Any chance would be covered under warranty, I’ve had it less than 3 Months.

If not, best choice. Replace all 4 with after market, replace one, or can I repair?

I would have a talk with your local service center.
Ask them to inspect the wheel to determine it was a manufacturing defect, otherwise, replacement from pothole damage is on you.
Professional repair or replacement will be cheaper than a new set of wheels. You may also want to consider a set of 19" wheels.

Turbines are notorious for bending/cracking. As stated above you're prob better off either downsizing or getting stronger (forged) wheels if you want to continue using 21" wheels.

I personally would never repair an actually cracked wheel. Curb rash, sure, but would not roll the dice with a cracked wheel. I’m sure you could find a single wheel for sale or as others have stated, downsize to 19”.

I would almost guarantee they will not consider a cracked wheel to be a manufacturing defect at 62k miles. I would look for a replacement wheel and then swap to 19s.
