Creeking sound from the steering wheel while stationary Model 3 LR

Video describes the problem:

I get creeking sound while turning the steering wheel while stationary, and in Drive / Reverse operation modes.

It doesn't sound while in park. It doesn't sound while in motion, and it doesn't sound with brake pedal applied.

My conjecture is that there's rubbing between discs and brake pads when they are in "hold" mode.

Nearly 13000miles on the clock, never heard it before.

The more I think about it, the more I wander if there's something in 2022.16/20 that has changed the way the brakes hold during stationary states. It's just a bit too much of a coincidence that 2022.16 was updated a few days earlier. The boot open problem however is now completely solved.

Did you ever figure out what this was? I’m having the exact same sounds on my 2018 Model 3, 65k miles.
Upper wishbones probably. I had mine replaced under warranty at about 20k miles. There's a new, improved design that eliminates a water trap (so I was told). Took about an hour to swap both.

Get it done ASAP because the noise becomes unbearable quite quickly!
