Client came in with a Dual Motor Model 3 the other day complaining of extreme tire wear in the rear tires, the car had about 10K miles and the rest tires were well past the wear bars.
We replaced the tires, took note of the wear and curb rash at the rear right wheel and proceeded with the alingment.
I was surprised to see how much toe-in the car had in the rear with the rear right being towed in almost a full degree.
Now, just a side note here. We see these issues all the time on Mercedes, BMW and Audi. A good pothole or curb strike can cause the adjustment points to move.
