CVRP money is evaporating like a puddle in Fresno in August, if you're submitting an application get it in by September 5:

"Funds for CVRP are nearly exhausted. Applications received on or after September 6, 2023, will be placed on a standby list and are not guaranteed a rebate. CVRP is not receiving additional funding and will not reopen to new applications once funding has been exhausted."

I submitted my app late Oct. '23, was put on the "standby list". Just got notice my app was approved for $2,000.
