Reductio ad absurdum. The whole point of Powershare is storage for emergencies, when your house power is out.

I would seriously use it in place of a powerwall since I don't need a powerwall when I am out of home.

Maybe... But you will quickly have people using it to loadshift the usage of electricity everyday...
Eg. Places where late afternoon/ evening electricity can be 5-10x the cost at midnight.
