Damaged Door Trim

Had to pick up a chest freezer kind of an emergency with a failing refrigerator and bunch of stored breast milk in the freezer running the risk of getting spoiled. Had to remove the packaging to fit the freezer in the back seat but noticed that it scrapped the door trim. How would you guys handle this, any ideas how to fix it? I would imagine replacing the whole panel would be expensive. Really bummed about this...

Door panels are $150-200 on eBay, just requires a torx screwdriver and clip removal, can be done in about 20-30 minutes.
If the leather is scratched up like that I wouldn't bother trying to get new leather to cover up the defect, wouldn't look the same

Going to need to replace the panel, grab a good condition one off eBay.
