Dark/Black Chrome on Chrome trim

Hi,

I am looking to do a dark/black chrome finish on the chrome exterior pieces, has anyone used a dark/black chrome spray or vinyl on the exterior chrome pieces? any pictures what it looks like? thanks!

i know a lot of people use matte black plasti dip but i dont want the matte finish..

I've used the satin black plasti-dip on mine and I like the look of it. If you want it to shine, apply their glossifier. Works very well.

i thought about that but i am trying to go for a slightly darker chrome look, i dont want it to be black.

Heh. That's where I get almost all my vinyl wrap. Only positive things to say about them.

I've been very happy with the Avery Supreme material. Never used any of their chrome products. Not very fond of the shiney.

No, they will be painting all chrome to match the wheels.

I had all my chrome vinyl wrapped in satin black (including door handles) and my rims powder coated. Only chrome left is the TESLA cut out on the back. Windows tinted with 3M crystalline 40%. I get a lot of compliments on the color scheme.
