Ever since I bought my car the Dashcam icon has been rock solid and it's always comforting to see it on.
Perhaps this has something to do with the recent software update (I'm on 2019.16.2 at the moment), but for the first time the DashCam icon has started acting very finicky. Basically sometimes the icon is there and other times the icon is not there.
Anyone else noticed sporadic issues with the Dashcam icon?
What's odd is sometimes if I reboot the MCU (2.0) the dash cam icon starts working as soon as the system comes back online. Other times I need to disconnect and reconnect the USB drive.
I'm going to do a fresh reformat and see if it makes a difference.
I am using the Verbatim WIFI capable Flash storage device with a high quality Samsung SD Card designed specially for Dashcam use. So hopefully, it's not a drive hardware issue.
