Dead Model Y

Please help! My Model Y is unresponsive. It’s got the li-on 12v battery. The manual says to use a jump box to open the frunk and then connect it to the jumper posts for 20-30 seconds. I tried this with no luck. Manual says if it fails to disconnect and try again. Doors won’t open, screen won’t turn on. Nothing!
Car has at least 70% in HV battery. Any other ideas to try?

Open a service request from your phone
Then call 877-79- Tesla or 877-798-3752
They may be able to remote into your vehicle or speed up a service vehicle to you?

I'd be tempted to disconnect the battery for a time, then reconnect, but with a car this new, I'd actually prefer that Tesla service see the car while it's actually failing.

P.S. If you do get the car going, or repaired, be sure to come back and tell us what happened.

How about calling Tesla roadside assistance, at the number that @howardnj shared?

It has been 4 days since the Op posted (1st posting.) @DaisyFlower might be a plant (a troll), or possibly still waiting for Tesla Roadside assistance.

Don’t worry I didn’t forget about this! Service center called the next day and said the car powered on with only a 16v lithium battery fault. Replaced and hood to go. Thank you for the suggestions everyone. <3
