Defrost Car causing alarm to go off

It rained yesterday and then the temperature dropped overnight. This morning my car was covered with ice. I went and selected Defrost Car from the app. About 10 seconds later, I heard like a loud sound, almost like something is being cut by a saw or like a motor stripping sound then the alarm when off. I disabled the alarm and the sound went away. Now I'm afraid to select Defrost Car again. I've checked, the heat still works and all. Was able to get the interior to 70 degrees(outside 20).
Anyone experienced this before?

I've heard this from owners of 2021+ cars with a heatpump on local Facebook groups. It seems the heatpump vibrates enough to activate the alarm. I don't know if people have gotten a fix or not. If that's your situation I'd probably do a service request to get Tesla to look at it...
