I don't have any suggestion but I wanted to add that I am in a similar situation. Last I spoke with the delivery rep from Telsa he said the link for wire transfer (I am paying cash) should appear 3 days prior to delivery. That should have happened about 24 hours ago, but nothing has come up on my Tesla account page yet.

I did receive an email with the purchase agreement, and that is accessible on my Tesla page, but I am getting concerned that the option to pay hasn't appeared! At this point it is going to be too late for me to get a cashier's check (my bank is online). Hopefully the wire transfer link comes up soon or I am able to wire the money at delivery.

Same here, and I'm supposed to take delivery tomorrow afternoon. Haven't heard anything from anybody since I finalized trade-in and confirmed delivery appointment with ISA on Monday. In my account under financing it still says "Your final contract will be drafted based upon your confirmed terms. Once ready, you will be able to review and provide your signature."

I'm assuming the financial people are slammed (probably a lot less of them and they have to handle ALL the paperwork around the country) and the banking part SHOULD be easy in my case (sizeable trade-in will cover the required down payment, and then some) but I sure would like to see it in writing before I show up to pick up a car.

AArrrrgggghhhhh.

COME ON TESLA!...….We are trying to support you and your efforts.

Maybe they can get ELON to help out with answering the phones. People are trying to do things the right way tesla....COME ON.
For all the things that Tesla has improved upon (the showroom experience, ordering online, etc.) the delivery and payment process sucks. From what I've been reading here and elsewhere, it sounds like the experience has gotten even worse than it was when I took delivery of my S three years ago. Stating that the final MVPA will be available 48-72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery is cutting things way too close...

The only advice I can think to give people is don't hesitate to abandon your assigned delivery specialist/ISA/whatever they're calling them now and call Tesla corporate to get things sorted out. That said, their phone lines have also been super busy... so YMMV.

I never got an e-mail announcing to me that the MVPA was available, but I found it in my Tesla account document list. Of course I paid it right away, and 12 hours later they changed the MVPA and I owed a bit more- I've paid that now too. I'm in the process of buying an CPO S85D that is somewhere in transportation, I've now had my delivery appt rescheduled twice and they've had the $ for more than a week. I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised with all the M3 cars being delivered a lowly used Model S isn't getting any love- Fingers crossed that the 3rd delivery schedule will be met.

Right now i have only Vehicle Configuration (This file from my Tesla account website, not from email financing). I still need final price sheet, link to transfer ... before delivery date. If i dónt have them, should i come there? Do they accept personal check? I tried to reach my delivery advisor by email, phone ... No respond.

I had same issue....as I posted elsewhere I have never worked so hard to give a vendor almost $60K!! ISA and others tell me their system is swamped and that these days Tesla Account page is having update issues and breaking from high volume. They don't take credit card or personal check but you can give them a bank cashiers check at delivery. I opted to send funds via Fed Wire as I wanted that done so I could focus on the car condition at delivery.....

Here is what I did to get them the funds and confirm that my car is all paid up on Tesla Account page.

(1) sent e-mail to my ISA with "URGENT PLEASE RESPOND NOW" in subject line as the payment window never opened in my Tesla Account page. He sent me the Fed Wire instructions via e-mail

(2) I then send the wire to Tesla and then had to send another URGENT e-mail to the auto-finance team at Tesla ([email protected]) to request that they confirm the receipt and credit payment to My Tesla Account

(3) Next Business day after the Fed Wire was sent the Tesla Account page was updated to show car fully paid.

Now say a prayer for me that the car is defect free when I pick it up Friday morning at Fremont.

Well, is still don't have any financial docs, but I did get a call from delivery advisor and he confirmed nothing due and final loan amount, so should be OK...

BUT, my delivery had to be delayed until Saturday because apparently when the delivery team started washing the car, the trunk was not fully latched, and a small amount of water intruded into the trunk. They need to give it 24 hours to fully dry out and check to make sure the seals were not damaged (really? o_O OK I guess - maybe somebody just wanted to go home early on a Friday and they came up with the most benign "issue" they could think of...)

The upside is I don't have to take delivery of my new, completely-different-driving car at 4:30 on a Friday in pretty much the highest-traffic spot that I can think of in the area. I was actually pretty stressed about that (I don't normally drive in any significant traffic, like, ever.) Works for me. :)

After numerous calls and emails. I have received my MVPA on Monday, July 2nd with the incorrect Loan amount
I have immediately emailed and call multiple multiple time with no response. I was able modify the incorrect MVPA myself to show the correct Loan amount and sent this to my Loan manager to get my Loan finalized.

Today is July 5th still no revised MVPA but Loan is approved and the check being overnighted to me tomorrow.
I have spent most of my afternoon trying to get a hold of someone to have my MVPA revised, finally a nice lady answered and said that she will have her manager revised it and sent it to me by the end of day today. It's 8:45pm right now ang I still don't have it. My delivery is this Saturday and I just sold my car today, I have no more means of transportation.

OMG, the frustration......

You should definitely call TESLA if you haven't received your email. I am expecting to pick up my model 3 this Monday and I was in the same boat (no email). I called Tesla and finally escalated it enough to get a hold of my delivery advisor. She said she sent out the email when she called me last week and than proceeded to forward it to another email. I than realize she mistyped the email and use @gmaill.com.

Make sure you call Tesla and get a hold of your delivery advisor. I think if I waited until the weekend, I wouldn't get a chance to fill out my financing docs and probably would have to delay my delivery date.

I posted above that I did not have any option for payment on my Tesla account page but it finally showed up last night (roughly 36 hours before scheduled delivery).

Paid in full and all set for a hopefully smooth delivery tomorrow at 11am!
