Hi, I am a Tesla MS owner. I have made a reservation for the Model 3 and had a question.

My little brother lives out in South Korea, so I frequently find myself going there. I would like to send my Model 3 to that country, which I heard was possible.

The question is:

I do not have a residential Visa, but my brother does. He can get up to $20,000 in incentives in Korea. I don't mind if he uses my e-mail to purchase the car. Will I be able to put the car under his name?

You have to have a residential visa to ship your Model 3 and the vehicle has to be paid in full, which means you need have your vehicle title.
As for the reservation transfer, I believe a reservation is country specific but I suggest you contact Tesla about this matter.
The government incentive for EV in Korea is 17,000,000 KRW (~15,298 USD) max for Seoul for 2018 and I believe it's all gone.
