Dented Wheel Arch

Managed to be an idiot and cause some damage to my rear passenger wheel arch. I've called Tesla approved body shop in my area (Parkway Prestige) and they said only thing can do is replace it at a cost of £4500.

Wondering if anyone has had experience with similar thing at cheaper cost or am I better of just going through insurance?

No strach thankfully most just a long dent/crease.

You should google "paintless car repair" in your area. You will surprised what can be done. Also see repairs that have done on YouTube...

Oh you lucked out that panel is steel. You might be able to get it repaired dentless but its still a lot of work to massage out.

Thanks guys. I rang one place up in my area and he was a no go.

He also said that area is aluminium also, so guess he was wrong if it is steel then ?

Take a magnet to it. If he's quick to guess wrong, its a sign to go elsewhere.

Aye will be doing, trying to find a decent place in Greater Manchester area now. Will have a shop around, thanks a lot

Definitely steel (Model 3). Only the doors and bonnet are aluminium.
