Detach wood panel M3

Hey! Are there any info, or people with experience on how to remove/detach the wood decor panels on the 2021 updated Model 3 door? Is this clipped on with plastic, or is this something that I need to unscrew from the inside of the door panel? Wanted to clean off the backside due to some liquid getting in between.

The wood portion itself does NOT detach (at least not easily). I chose to put the RPM replacement dash in mine. Looks amazing. I went matte finish to avoid any glare (and there is no significant glare at all when driving. Just beautiful, real carbon fiber.
