I've recently booked a service at Dartford, one item is a passenger door rattle when closing the door. Today I received the following text -
Hi Ian VIN xxxxx, thank you for your Service request. In order to investigate your noise concern we require authorisation for diagnosis at a cost of £72.50 + VAT, however, this will only be charged should the concern be found to be due to damage or a 3rd party modification/repair. If the repair is covered by warranty this fee will not be levied. Please confirm whether you are happy for us to go ahead with this. Thank you, Tesla Service NB: All warranty concerns are subject to onsite inspection to determine validity.
