Same thing happened to me, but I called their service number, explained the situation and they were quick made it a zero dollar estimate with no argument or need to push them on it. The only money I paid at service was $12 to get a 3rd key card.

I’ve tried to get my minor issues fixed 3 times.
-Front side windows have an extremely loud popping sound on close from full open.
-back left seat doesn’t fold down using rear switch
-Right rear seat rattles
-Right front passenger window gasket doesn’t lay flat
-Front speaker grill has a bulge in it like it’s not fully snapped in place.

I had to reschedule all three appointments because the part didn’t come in or like today they were so backed up they would have to keep my car 5 days over the weekend. The Rockville, Md SC guy promised that since I have to reschedule again I would definitely get a loaner. We shall see...

I also want to say that my 6/3 delivery LR Blue/black 19” has been flawless in every other way. I have minor issues so the repair delay is not big deal for me.
