Discretionary Commission Agreements claims have been in the news a lot. Plenty of help and advice from Martin Lewis.

I made 3 sets of claims from Smart, Mercedes and Tesla.

Smart said no.

Mercedes said yes to one and no the my 2nd car.

Tesla (oddly via BMW) acknowledged my 2 letters and I’ve heard nothing back since.

Anybody else care to share their experience with Tesla over the Discretionary Commission claims.

From a legal perspective (England and Wales), a couple of cases have been fast tracked through to the Court of Appeal, which will hopefully result in some definitive guidance on when claims can or cannot be made.
