DIY Car Computer replacement in a Model 3

I have a Model 3 from 2021 that is out of warranty. Due to water ingress and condensation, both circuit boards in the car computer are corroded. After some SMD rework, i got the MCU circuit board back to life. However, the autopilot circuit board is not repairable.

Tesla wants a lot of money to officially replace the Car Computer, this is why i want to replace myself.
Maybe we have someone on the forum who could help me with reprogramming a used one?

Hi, I have exactly the same issue with my 2021 tesla model 3, after heavy rainfall, I have lost all cameras, autopilot and sat nav, Tesla UK have quoted me a lot of money to replace, if you have solved the problem with yours, can you guide me too please.

OP has not been on TMC in almost 4 months (Nov 4, 2023)… you may want to look elsewhere. Good luck
