Just picked up our car from dealer from having some Battery issues and TSBs done, and was surprised to realize that we dont have a chill driving mode. its a 2013 p85 and loaner we had was ‘14 i believe 85d and it did have it....when i drove in snow storm
It was nice to have...is this something that can be turned on or whats the deal?

This was answered in the thread Bruce referenced. To get Chill mode, your Model S must have AP1 hardware (or later). A 2013 Model S will not have Chill mode, because no car was built with AP hardware prior to September 2014.
