Do I need another set of TPMS?

Hi Everyone,

This must be a noob question but I tried searching the forum but couldn't get a clear answer.
I'm looking at getting winter tires for my MX from Kal Tires (I hear the Hakka is good). I am thinking of using my same stock rims and have them mount the winter tires on there as getting new wheels / rims are out of the budget this winter.
Would I need to buy a new set of TPMS? or will I be able to use the same ones?

You can use the same ones. If you eventually decide to get new rims for next summer to mount your summer tires you will need a new set of TPMS.

Keep in mind that seasonal swaps on the same rims is tough on the tires and rims....
