Does the Model 3 still come with free supercharging credits?

I believe the Model 3 used to come with 1000 free supercharging credits, is that still the case? My 3 came with 1000 but I used someone's referral code. I has someone use my code recently and it shows as delivered but my supercharging miles have not updated. I am wondering if I wasn't properly credited when I bought my car or if they don't come with any miles now days.

Currently, only with a referral code. Both the new car buyer and the referral code owner get the credits.
