Does the SR charging rate taper off the same as a SR+?

To clarify, since the battery for the standard range is SW limited to 220mi, would charging to 100% net the same charging speed as a SR+ charging to 100%? The battery capacity is only 90% available so would the charging speed go with the hardware or software? Thanks for anyone who has insights

The difference will only be a few minutes. So it doesn't matter.
The SR battery is software limited at top of the battery charge level. So 92% on the SR+ battery will show as 100% on the SR battery. This top-end limiting increases battery life and also increases recharge speed as it cuts out the slowest part of the charge cycle.

For example, an SR+ battery on any Supercharger will take about 25 min to go from 92% to 100%. On an Urban Supercharger, the SR will charge from 0-100% in ~53 min, whereas the SR+ will take ~78 min. This is a significant difference in charge times for a full battery charge. But an SR battery will charge exactly the same as an SR+ battery below 92%.

This top-end limiting on the SR also lets the owner routinely charge it and keep it at higher battery levels without worry about long term damage.
