Seem like my model Y has similar issue as this:
Mine is very new and the peeling is very small, like 1cm x 1cm, at the middle spot which is the spot that I believe that would touch the bumper when the car goes up and down. I don’t think I had accidentally hit that spot and it look more like peeling because there isn’t any scratch at all. Just like a small circular print just disappear and primer layer look like is still there.
Any idea why it happened? For my city, Tesla would not support any print issue fixing once the buyer drove the new car away.
Another question is that do I need to do anything to prevent rusting since only primer layer is there?
