Does your screen flicker on the right side when opening up Netflix, Youtube, Hulu?

Does your screen flicker on the right side when opening up Netflix, Youtube, Hulu? There is a vertical white bar with colors that display for a second when opening up any media apps. It's been happening for a month. I thought it be software related but I've had several updates and the issue still occurs. Also, I've done a reset too.

Yes same thing is happening to me too. I think maybe the current software is causing this?

It's been happening for me for about a month and thought it was software issue too. A mobile tech just came by to replace the whole screen because he thought it was the screen but the issue is still there. He told me I have to go into the service center to have it looked at.
