I had the door handle issue (not presenting; motor spinning) and Tesla mobile replaced it under warranty. It was noisy and they replaced it again. The new one was quiet but started throwing GTW_w140-hndfdVersionMismatch errors. A firmware reinstall fixed it for a few days and then it showed up again. In the service menu it shows as “Unknown” but the technician assured me that everything was ok, hardware-wise, and it is possibly a software problem that may be resolved in the future. Until then, I have to reinstall the firmware if I see another alert.
