For people who need to hold the car door handle to get out of their seat, there seems to be no provision for the middle or rear seats as it has Falcon doors and no handles either on the front seat back or on the body. This is challenging for such people. Can anyone advise how it is addressed.

If there's no handle then there's no handle... Ask someone to help you. If you are in the back then someone else must be driving. Have them give you a hand. Why not put your car on the B pillar or back edge of the FWD frame?

Thanks loganintx. Some people don't like helping hands and want to feel independent.

I think you might have meant "Why not put your hand...". You should also be able to support yourself if you hold one of the seats when getting in or out of the Model X.
