Door reflector parts order mystery

He noticed that the car was missing the driver door reflector, mounted on the inside of the door panel when looked at from behind. Had not noticed that. He said he would order one and bring it back and install it. He ordered it that day, 8/25. On 8/28 I received noticed the part was in, but that another part was on order. That has been the case for a month now, waiting on another part. I checked the parts manual online and that part only requires a screw to install. I can’t call the SC, is that even possible?, and the email they send is a no-reply. How do I get to them to find out what’s up?
 
Call SC - select # for Service, then select # for Car Currently in Service - that way you can talk to a person about the issue.
