I'm 175 pounds and 6+ feet tall. Last month Tesla told me that they would not replace the cracked left front door seal under warranty because, get this, I'm getting in the car wrong. No, I did not make this up.
They told me that because I get in the car wrong, that causes the cover on the center post to dislodge (clips replaced four times so far) as well as cause unintended wear on the rubber seal. I'm in my 70s, I sure as hell thought I knew how to get in and out of a car.
Anyone else experience this situation?
