Driver seat track/rail extensions for tall drivers?

Pillow was off a Zero G chair I had laying around.
I could not get the basnor cover extension to stay in the position
that the link shows it kept drooping.
The pillow I used was off a Zero G chair.
Also used industrial strength velcro to help keep it in place.

Anybody make any progress on this? Same issue but even worse in a Model 3...
