Driver side headlight went out....

So this is a bummer...everything was functioning properly this morning on the way to the office, but in the afternoon I noticed when I turned on the turn signal, there was no indicator on the dash display. Then I noticed the car graphic showed only one headlight on.

The turn signal works, but flashes very rapidly, yet the dash display doesn't show it at all. The reflection of the car looks to me as if the low beam is on, but not the high beam. Also the accent light (around the headlight) is also not on. Very weird.

I called the nearest Tesla Service Center and they scheduled me to drop off the car tomorrow. Hopefully its a quick fix. I did find it a bit odd that the car gives you no warning indication that something is out of the norm, you'd think there would be something on the dash alerting you of a malfunction.
