Drivers chair seat not heating

I was contacted today by Tesla regarding an upcoming appointment regarding my drivers chair seat portion not heating. Tesla representatives stated that this was a known software issue. Is anybody else experiencing this?

I just posted a question on a similar, perhaps the same, issue. Since the car is new to me (2023 Model 3, purchased in December), I am not sure if the seat is heating correctly or not.
