MYLR heated seat not working partially

I noticed today, my driver side seat cushion heat is not working but back of the seat is working. Tried in app and on the screen. Does anybody had similar problem ?

My wife’s Model 3 had that problem, mobile service came amd changed the seat cushion upholster, that fixed it for her.

I'm neither, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night...

What do you mean by changed seat upholstery? They replaced part of seat?

I have the same problem with my 2020 model three long range. I submitted a ticket and they told me it was a software issue. I’m not believing that.
