Drivers side Seat cushion Collapse.

Our front driver seat cushion collapsed on one side. From day-to-day use. Is this normal for a three-year-old car? The mileage is approx. 40K. One side is the normal cushion, the other the collapsed cushion.

Mine does not look like that, however, this sort of thing can also depend on the body type of the person who is the primary driver, how they sit when they are in the car, how much they drive, etc.

If you think this is a warranty issue, you should submit a service request for it. I have no idea what they will say, however.

Curious, did the warranty take care of this? I noticed creases forming in my 2-month-old MY, such bad quality.

I have experienced the exact same issue on the outer side of the driver’s seat. Mine is a 4 year old 39,000 mile LR model 3. (I’m not a heavyweight!) this must surely be a warranty issue.

Tesla refused to cover this under warranty. They asked for $1900 to repair. We left as is.
