Drunk guy jumps on my Tesla Model 3!

Just earlier in the day, I washed and waxed the car. So, when I got home that night and parked in the Garage. I noticed 2 hand prints on the hood as I walked by my car. Thought that was pretty odd....

Which led me to look into the Dash Cam video footage, where I found the guy jumping on my car!


I reported incident to Casino and so far, they care very little about doing anything at all.

Not sure how to proceed with this or what to do next. The damage is minor.

Maybe some one can identify the guy and then you can get him banned from the Casino.

He is a danger to himself and others.

So far, I have not done a full damage assessment.

It’s dark and in bad light, I can make out 2 major scrape marks on the front hood/bumper.

At daylight tomorrow, I plan to do a more thorough check.

I suppose these scratches can be considered minor, so I agree - I’m not sure what can be done.

However, I feel doing nothing is a bad option

Any trip to the body shop today is $1,000 I would try to identify the person.
You have the time that it happened. The Casino should have parking lot video of him getting into a car and driving away. They would have his license plate. If you can identify him I am sure your insurance company would like to get their money back from him. Insurance companies do not want to pay for claims when they can get reimbursed. You have to make it easy for them by getting the video from the Casino. Talk with the Casino. They should not want this person doing damage to their customers vehicles.
