I as well as others use "NDA" as shorthand. Im not sure why you find that so difficult.
Heres NDA:
legal contract between at least two
parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but
wish to restrict access to or by third parties.
You can argue all you want that I used NDA incorrectly. That still doesnt change that its use was the intention of the "spirit" of what an NDA is for.
I think you need to look up the definition of ignorance:
Definition of IGNORANCE
lack of knowledge, education, or awareness
So back to the real issue.
