my take on his comment was you get yearly rebate (up to 250 euro) if you switch your energy to sustainable energy. He mentioned a specific name that supplies this energy, but I didn't catch that.

Elon: we're working on version 6.0 of Firmware and will be significant, lots of exciting things in it.

Here also, but I caught Elon saying it was just a reactive change they had to make and that they had also fixed it pretty quickly. It sounded like he used past tense, that the auto-lowering etc. was "fixed"
